Finding out how to truly manage these mobile workers in an effective way will be key to success. I will need to look into this book. It could tell some great things that are very useful.
i’m also looking to hire some mobile workers as i’ve heard that these are way more cost effective as compare to inhouse workers but i don’t have any prior experience of managing these workers. i hope this will be helpful.
